Book review -Poor Old Mum!-

Mum was in a race. "Oh no!" said Wilma. Mum came last. "Poor old Mum," said Wilf. Mum was disappointed. "What a shame!" said Dad. Dad put a blindfold on Mum. Wilf and Wilma had a surprise. "Good old Mum," said everyone.(p.p8-16)

Today, I read "Poor Old Mum!"
It is oxford reading tree and written by Roderick Hunt and Alex Brychta.
It is sports day. The chidren are very fast and get first prize.
But Mum is last, so Mum is disappointed.
So the children have a surprise.
She is best Mum for children!
