Book review -The Flying Carpet-

The carpet sped towards the mountains. At last it began to slow down. "I hope it knows how to land," said Kipper. "It looks a long way down." The carpet landed safety. When the boy's mother saw him, she couldn't believe her eyes. She looked at the carpet and she looked at Biff and Kipper. "My son is safe," she said, "thank you."(pp.22-23)

 

Today, I read "The Flying Carpet"

It is Oxford Reading Tree and written by Roderick Hunt and Alex Brychta.

Biff and Chip brought a old and drty carpet.

They read books on the carpet, suddenly, the carpet are flying!

They fly over deserts and mountains.

Then, they met a little boy. He is a real king of a land, but his uncle lock him and his mother run away to the mountains.

So they fly to meet his mother, finally, he could met his mother.

After that, his mother's soldiers attack the palace and his uncle are locked.

The littel boy gave Biff and Chip a present.

They are very happy.

The story of the book is very interesting!

Last Weekend

Last week, I went to Amakusa with my club activity's members.

I belong yosakoi club.

We went to there to play dance all days.

We danced eight hours per day, so I was very very tired.

But I talked with many people who I didn't know.

At night, we held the party and drank and ate sweets.

On the bus, my friend slept all the way.

It was so tired traning camp, but very very excited!

Book reviews -Immortal Empire-

You read the book. You learn that it's not really about revolution. Revolution is only the start. The book is about a new kind of empire. An empire where people care about each other. Where no one is hungry. A place where everyone is equal, and there are no rich or poor. A place where all people can be happy. An empire that doesn't divide the world, but joins it together. From that day, you don't think of the Edinese as "your" people. All people pf the world become your children. Now you understand that empires can't become immortal. Only the whole world can - by joining together.(p.44) 

 

Today, I read "Immortal Empire"

It is Atama-ii books and written by Marcos Benevides.

One day, the war occured and I had to decide the choice.

I choiced to build a great wall, to build factories, and to read a book.

As a result, the world became happy.

There were no rich or poor. All people were equal.

The story of the book I choiced is wonderful.

Last week

Last Friday, I went to Japanese-style bar which my friend work part-time job with my friends.

We ordered many dishes, for example, fried chicken, rolled eggs, and sashimi!

I ate sashimi for the first time in a long time, so it was very delicious.

Then, I stayed my friend's house and watched movie. The story of the movie was interesting.

We played games and took pictures.

Last Saturday, we went to the town and did shopping.

We had very good time!

Book review -One, Two, Buckle My Shoe-

A girl count from one to thirty and do many things.
Pictures of the book is very cute.
The story of the book is interesting!

Book review -The Tortoise and the Hare-

But as the hare napped, the tortoise walked. Slow, slow, slow. And guess what? By and by, teh tortoise passed the hare! After a while, the hare woke up. "Oh, no! The tortoise is winning!" he yelled. He jumped up and hopped along the path. But it was no use. The tortoise crossed the finish line first. "The tortoise won! The tortoise won!! all the animals cheered. "How did you ever the hare?" asked the horse. The tortoise grinned, "The hare may be fast, but slow and ateady wins the race." (pp.12-16)

Today, I read "The Tortoise and the Hare"

It is folk & fairy tale easy readers and written by Violet Findley.

The hare always teased the slow tortoise.

So they had a race. The hare was very fast and the tortoise was very slow.

The hare took a nap. As the hare napped, the tortoise walked and passed the hare!

The hare woke up and chased the tortoise, but the tortoise finished.

So the tortoise won!

The story of the book is very wonderful and interesting!

Book review -Golidilocks and the Three Bears-

In the kitchen, Goldilocks found three bowls of porridge. She tried the big bowl. It was too hot. She tried the middle bowl. It was too cold. Finally, she tried the little bowl. It was just right, so she ate it up. Slirp! (pp.4-5)

One day, three bears went for a walk. A girl found their house and went inside.

She ate their soup, sat their chair, and slept in their bed.

Three bears came back and found her.

They were very angry.

Last Friday

Last Friday, I took part in a party to celebrate the success of a dance festival on March 28 "Tamana Onsen Yumematuri"
I went to a town of Kumamoto and a restaurant named "HANABI -global kitchen-"
I ate many kinds of foods and talked with many people.
During the party, a video massage was showed and my seniors were moved to tears.
The very wonderful event of the day is that I met the person who I took a picture with a year ago!
I met him for the first time in a year and he remembered me!

I was very glad.
